  • We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we can’t guarantee an exact match.
  • Many items are limited releases. We may limit how many of an item one customer can buy.
  • Prices and products can change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
  • If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order, even after it’s placed, and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or confirm it by email.
  • We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, appear to be placed by resellers, or that we can’t verify. If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don’t store your full card details.
  • You agree to give accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Pre-orders

  • Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on the estimated timeline shown on the product page.
  • Production timelines can shift. If a pre-order is delayed, we’ll update you by email.
  • You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing team@reignorita.com.

6. Shipping, returns, and customs

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are issued at our discretion, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may have their own terms or expiration dates stated when issued. One code per order unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, graphics, photos, and text on this site belong to Reign Orita or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.

9. Comments and submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, photos, or other content, we may use them without any obligation to pay you or keep them confidential. You agree your submissions won’t violate anyone’s rights or contain anything unlawful or offensive.

20. SMS terms

By opting in to Reign Orita’s text messages, through our website, checkout, or a signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated texts, including order updates, cart reminders, marketing offers, and review requests, at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Frequency: varies.
  • Cost: we don’t charge for texts, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one confirmation text, then no more messages.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email team@reignorita.com.
  • Changes: we may change the number or short code we text from and will let you know when we do. Messages sent to an old number may not be received.
  • Delivery: to the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don’t sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
